Pre-inspection and Pickup of Your Area Rug- We will determine as much as we possibly can about the type of area rug or oriental rug and any problems that may affect cleaning.

Area Rug Dry Soil Removal - we use a variety of special equiptment to “dust” area rugs from the front and back. This is the most important step in the area rug cleaning process.

Pre-Spot & Pre-Spray - your high traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal

Soil Extraction - Depending on the type of rug, soil will be extracted or washed in a wash pit designed especially for Oriental Rugs.

Fringe Cleaning - The fringe is also pre-treated for maximum soil removal.

Post Grooming - carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.

Speed Dry - Once the soil is rinsed away, the rug is dried flat or hung to dry in a controlled environment.

Post Inspection and Delivery - Our cleaning specialist will give the rug a final inspection and release it for pick up or delivery. Upon delivery, we will lay the rug for you.
